Add your picture to Outlook / the internal contact list

To setup (optional, self-deleted at any time, but encouraged for features in 2016):
1.    Go to
2.    Sign in using your 3 letter (or name) credential and password for your email as usual
3.    Navigate to the top right corner where your name is displayed and click the down arrow
4.    Select “change” where the blank/image icon shows
5.    Upload a picture - .jpg file formats work best, typically
6.    When you close and re-open your internal Outlook, the image will now appear as you/as a contact for the organization
