Corporate Compliance
Building Trust Through Compliance and Care
At Riverwood Center, we are dedicated to upholding the highest standards of ethics, integrity, and accountability as a Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC). Our Corporate Compliance program ensures that we deliver quality care while following all laws, regulations, and best practices to protect the well-being of our consumers, staff, and community.
Our Commitment
Corporate compliance means doing the right thing—every time. It’s our commitment to:
• Preventing, detecting, and responding to potential violations of laws, policies, or ethical standards.
• Educating our staff, providers, and community partners about their responsibilities.
• Encouraging a culture of integrity and transparency.
Reporting Concerns
We believe everyone plays a part in maintaining our standards. If you see something that doesn’t seem right, or have questions about compliance or ethics, we encourage you to speak up.
At Riverwood Center, everyone is protected when making a complaint or raising a concern. Our whistleblower policy ensures that employees who report actual or suspected violations of state, local, or federal laws are safeguarded from retaliation. This protection also extends to employees who take part in hearings, investigations, legislative inquiries, or court actions. The policy outlines available remedies, protections, and potential consequences for violations.
You may submit a complaint anonymously by email, phone, or in person at any of our Riverwood Center locations.
