We're dedicated to connecting you and your loved ones with federal, state, and local resources to help address a variety of needs—including mental health, substance use, housing, employment, and more. Our caring Navigators walk alongside you every step of the way, helping you access the services and support you deserve as you work toward a healthier, more stable future.

Connecting You to the Services You’ve Earned

We Serve As Your Voice

At Riverwood Center, a Veteran Navigator is dedicated to assisting veterans and military families as they navigate the unique challenges that can arise from military service. Acting as trusted guides, they connect individuals with tailored mental health resources, community supports, and essential services—such as housing, employment, benefits, and crisis intervention. Veteran Navigators advocate on your behalf, helping ensure your voice is heard and your needs are met within the healthcare system and beyond. Our goal is to remove barriers, provide understanding, and empower veterans and their families to access the care, support, and opportunities they deserve.
