General procurement, written content/layouts, printing, etc. not requiring complex digital design work/support should be created outside of IT and follow standard purchase order procedures submitted to the appropriate accounting/finance contact, or non-IT staff member.

Introduction. The IT office (Digital Operations) manages organizational tech infrastructure excluding:
- clinical records (ex: IRIS/BI),
- finances (ex: APS/Business), and
- human resources (ex: Relias/HR) platforms.

IT supports the design, development, and procurement of digital materials in a limited capacity. Riverwood Center does not have a marketing position on staff. Within the scope of 42CFR IT support for digital materials design emphasizes digital communication(s) platforms, and where applicable, community education rather than public relations or marketing.

Incomplete forms will not be added to the projects list / prioritized / recorded. Thank you for your consideration.
